Job Title: Billing Operations Investigator
Duties:
- Review and prepare claims for accurate and timely submission to payers.
- Resolve billing discrepancies, claim rejections, and denials effectively.
- Maintain and update payment, refund, and adjustment records in accounting systems.
- Process pre-authorizations and document responses for compliance.
- Generate reports on outstanding balances and follow up with patients and payers.
- Provide excellent customer service for billing inquiries and establish payment plans.
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in claims submission and resolution processes.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Multilingual skills (English, Spanish, French) are a plus.
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience (High School diploma with 4 years).
Stipend:
- Weekly: $1,500 - $2,100
- Monthly: $6,000 - $8,400
