Position Overview
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking caring and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA/T-CNA) for a travel assignment in Elkins, WV. This position supports residents within a long-term care and rehabilitation environment by assisting with daily patient care activities and maintaining a safe, supportive atmosphere.
The ideal candidate will possess strong patient care skills, professionalism, and the ability to work collaboratively with healthcare teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Support bathing, dressing, feeding, grooming, and toileting needs
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and repositioning of residents
- Take and document vital signs accurately
- Observe and report patient condition changes to nursing staff
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in patient care areas
- Follow infection control and safety procedures
- Provide compassionate emotional support to residents
- Complete accurate patient documentation
Requirements
- Active CNA certification required
- Previous long-term care or rehabilitation experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced healthcare settings
- Dependable attendance and professional work ethic required
