Shift: Day Shift (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM)
Hours: 8 hours per shift (~40 hours/week)

Position Overview
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse Supervisor (RNSUP) to join a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). This role is responsible for overseeing nursing staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care during assigned shifts. The RN Supervisor will support daily clinical operations, provide leadership to nursing teams, and collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to maintain compliance, efficiency, and optimal resident outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate nursing staff and patient care activities during assigned shifts
- Ensure care delivery aligns with resident care plans and facility policies
- Assist in developing, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with regulations and standards
- Monitor resident conditions and communicate clinical changes to physicians
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
- Conduct routine patient rounds and address resident/family concerns professionally
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation of nursing activities
Required Qualifications
Education:
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited program
- BSN preferred; Master’s degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration is a plus
Licensure & Certifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) License – Required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification – Required
- COVID-19 Vaccination – Required
Experience:
- 0–2 years of RN experience preferred
- Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care – Strongly preferred
