Pay Rate: $40 – $45/hr (based on experience)

Schedule: 36 hours/week
Position Summary
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join a Long-Term Care (LTC) team. This role offers a day-shift schedule with flexibility and the opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a supportive LTC environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to residents, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor, document, and report resident conditions, vital signs, and progress
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure coordinated care
- Maintain compliance with facility policies, procedures, and state regulations
- Educate residents and families regarding care plans, wellness, and health maintenance
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident outcomes
- Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in South Dakota
- Experience in Long-Term Care preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
