Registered Nurse (RN) – Freestanding Emergency Department (FSED)
Location: Panama City, FL
- Salary: $29.92 – $44.88 per hour (based on experience)
- Sign-On Bonus: Up to $15,000
- Shift Differential: Additional pay for night shifts
- Schedule: Nights or Mixed (Rotating Weekends)
- Relocation: Assistance available (case-by-case)

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality emergency nursing care using the full nursing process in a fast-paced FSED environment
- Perform rapid patient assessments and prioritize care based on acuity
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams while exercising strong clinical judgment
- Ensure compliance with patient safety standards, protocols, and ethical practices
- Adapt to dynamic patient volumes and support staffing needs across units as required
Qualifications
- Education: Associate Degree in Nursing or Diploma required; BSN preferred
- Licensure: Active Florida RN license (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of recent Acute Care ER RN experience (within the last year)
- Certifications: BLS required within 30 days of hire
