Job Title: Registered Nurse – Long-Term Care
Location: Beulah, ND
Type: Contract
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift & Schedule: Night Shift | Variable Night Schedule | 8-Hour and/or 12-Hour Shifts | 36 Hours Weekly Guaranteed
Pay Rate: $40/hr - $45.50/hr (Based on Experience)
Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse – Long-Term Care for an exciting Contract opportunity in Beulah, ND.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to long-term care residents.
- Conduct resident assessments and monitor condition changes.
- Administer medications and treatments.
- Respond to resident and family concerns.
- Coordinate care with physicians and healthcare teams.
- Supervise and support nursing support staff.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN License.
- Strong assessment and patient advocacy skills.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts.
- Current BLS Certification (Preferred).
Preferred Qualifications
- Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience preferred.
