Hours: 36 hours/week

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in a Long-Term Care (LTC) setting. The RN will be responsible for assessing patient conditions, administering treatments, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and monitor patients’ health conditions and report changes as needed
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
- Develop and implement patient care plans
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, and recovery processes
- Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience
- Active New Hampshire RN License (required at submission)
- Current BLS Certification (American Heart Association)
- High School Diploma or equivalent
