Job Title: Registered Nurse – Long Term Care
Location: Ainsworth, NE
Type: Contract (13 Weeks)
Shift & Schedule: Variable Nights | 12-Hour Shifts | Rotating Schedule | 36/48 Hours Per Week
Pay: $48/hr - $55/hr (Based on Experience)
Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse – Long Term Care for an exciting Contract job in Ainsworth, NE.
Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to long-term care residents.
Perform patient assessments and ongoing clinical monitoring.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Maintain accurate documentation using PointClickCare EMR.
Collaborate with physicians, LPNs, and CNAs in care delivery.
Support resident safety, comfort, and quality of life.
Follow facility protocols for infection control and medication management.
Participate in limited orientation and training as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) License.
Strong Long-Term Care (LTC) experience.
Ability to work night shifts with rotating schedules.
Strong clinical judgment and time management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary care teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a nursing home environment.
Experience with PointClickCare EMR.
Strong medication administration and resident assessment skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
