Salary: $126,152.00 to $164,008.00 / Annually
Sign-On Bonus:
Up to $30,000
$30,000 for 3-year commitment
$20,000 for 2-year commitment

Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Nurse Manager – Surgical Services for an exciting Travel or Local job in Bethel, AK.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations of Operating Room (OR), PACU, Outpatient Surgical Services, and Anesthesia Services
- Supervise clinical and non-clinical staff
- Coordinate OR schedules and visiting specialists
- Manage departmental budgets, staffing, and resources
- Ensure compliance with AORN Guidelines, Joint Commission (TJC), and state and federal regulations
- Drive quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
- Implement evidence-based perioperative practices
- Foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement
- Collaborate across departments to improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Active RN license (Alaska or eligible for licensure)
- Minimum 2 years of Operating Room experience
- Minimum 2 years of Surgical Services leadership/management experience
- Current BLS certification
- Current ACLS certification
- Current PALS certification
- BSN or MSN preferred
- CNOR Certification preferred
- CSSM Certification preferred
- Cerner EMR experience preferred
- Experience with budgeting and fiscal management preferred
