Position Overview
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a dedicated LPN / Travel LPN to provide quality patient care in a long-term care setting. The role involves direct patient care, medication administration, and supporting residents’ daily needs while ensuring safety and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care under RN/physician supervision
- Administer medications and treatments
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes
- Assist with ADLs and patient support
- Perform basic wound care and dressing changes
- Record vital signs and maintain documentation
- Follow care plans and infection control protocols
Required Qualifications
- Active LPN License (State-specific)
- LTC or skilled nursing experience preferred
- BLS Certification (Required)
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
