Shift Timings: Wednesday & Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Thursday: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Customer Service Representative for an exciting Travel or Local job in Bronx, NY.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer service issues
- Ensure patient/client medications, supplies, and equipment are accurately recorded
- Coordinate with supervisors to ensure timely delivery of supplies and equipment
- Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality at all times
- Provide supportive and professional communication to patients and families
- Assist visitors and internal staff with inquiries
- Maintain accurate documentation and records
- Support distribution coordination and tracking
- Follow established procedures and organizational policies
- Provide excellent customer service and patient-focused support
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members for workflow efficiency
- Maintain professional demeanor in a healthcare environment
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of customer service experience required
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
