Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Long-Term Care (LTC)
Location: Cody, Wyoming
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: 4x12 Hour Nights (6:00 PM – 6:30 AM)
Note: candidates must reside outside 100 miles of the facility
Position Overview
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a Long-Term Care assignment. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality resident care and assist with activities of daily living in a supportive LTC environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Support residents during meals and daily routines
- Observe and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with facility protocols
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care at all times
- Float between two facility units/floors as needed
- Ensure a safe, clean, and supportive care environment
Requirements
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
- Prior Long-Term Care (LTC) experience preferred
- Ability to work overnight 12-hour shifts in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate, dependable approach to care
