A growing general contractor within the Mission Critical / Data Center space is looking to add an experienced Project Manager to support ongoing and upcoming Data Center projects.
This position will play a key role in overseeing project execution, with a strong emphasis on buyout, contracts, MEP coordination, and overall project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from early procurement through final turnover
- Lead buyout activities, subcontractor negotiations, and scope reviews
- Handle contracts, change management, and project financial tracking
- Drive project schedules and trade sequencing across complex builds
- Coordinate electrical, mechanical, and commissioning scopes
- Work closely with clients, field teams, consultants, and trade partners
Ideal Background
- Experience working for a GC on Mission Critical / Data Center projects
- Strong understanding of MEP infrastructure and technical coordination
- Proven experience managing schedules, budgets, and subcontractors
- Ability to operate within fast-paced construction environments
