Commissioning Manager – Mission Critical Data Centers - General Contractor - Up to $200,000 Bonus Excellent Benefits

About the Role
We're recruiting on behalf of a leading, employee-owned general contractor that delivers large-scale mission critical data center projects local to Arizona.
As a Commissioning Manager, you'll lead commissioning and quality activities from preconstruction through project handover, ensuring critical building systems are installed, tested, and commissioned to the highest standards.

Responsibilities
- Lead commissioning activities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and manage commissioning plans and schedules.
- Oversee Factory Witness Testing (FWT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), Functional Performance Testing (FPT), and Integrated Systems Testing (IST).
- Verify the installation and performance of electrical, mechanical, and control systems.
- Conduct site inspections and identify quality issues before project completion.
- Work closely with owners, Commissioning Authorities (CxA), subcontractors, and project teams.
- Review commissioning documentation, O&M manuals, and turnover packages.
- Support system startup, troubleshooting, and final project handover.
- Promote quality standards and best practices across projects.
Requirements
- 5 years of commissioning or quality management experience.
- Experience delivering mission critical or construction construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical building systems.
- Experience with commissioning, startup, and systems testing.
- Familiarity with BMS, EPMS, UPS, generators, cooling systems, and switchgear.
- Knowledge of TIA-942, Uptime Institute, and ASHRAE standards is preferred.
