Seeking an experienced Network Administrator to support enterprise network and identity infrastructure modernization initiatives. The consultant will be responsible for deployment, administration, troubleshooting, and support of SD-WAN, PKI, secure authentication services, and enterprise network operations. The role requires close collaboration with Network, Security, and Infrastructure teams while ensuring adherence to security and change management standards.
Key Responsibilities- Support SD-WAN, PKI, Active Directory, and secure authentication initiatives.
- Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure.
- Monitor and resolve network connectivity, authentication, and access issues.
- Support Windows-based systems and mobile device connectivity.
- Perform network deployments, upgrades, firmware updates, and lifecycle management.
- Create and maintain network diagrams, documentation, and operational procedures.
- Manage incident tickets and provide technical support to users and IT teams.
- Coordinate testing, validation, and implementation of network solutions.
- Travel to remote sites across South Carolina as required.
- 3 years of Enterprise Network Infrastructure and LAN Administration.
- 3 years installing, configuring, and troubleshooting switches and wireless access points.
- 3 years of SD-WAN, PKI, and secure authentication experience.
- 3 years troubleshooting network connectivity on Windows and mobile devices.
- 3 Experience creating and maintaining network documentation and diagrams.
- Network certifications such as Cisco, CompTIA, or Microsoft.
- Cisco Networking Academy or similar networking training.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift 40 lbs., work on ladders, and travel statewide.
- Associate Degree in a related field OR High School Diploma with equivalent experience.
