What You’ll Do:
- Design and deliver engaging training programs for end-users and stakeholders
- Create training materials, documentation, and job aids
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to facilitate adoption of new systems/processes
- Provide post-training support, coaching, and guidance
- Collaborate with project teams to align training with organizational goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5 years of experience in designing and delivering training programs.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with change management and adult learning principles.
