About the Role
We're looking for a reliable, hands-on associate who takes pride in their work and knows how to treat customers right. This role covers warehouse operations, custom packaging, local pickups and deliveries, job scheduling, and direct customer interaction. You'll work with a small team where what you do actually matters, and you'll represent Navis professionally every time you're on-site or on the road.
Pay is based on skill level. We place new hires into one of five levels at the time of your interview. If you bring real, relevant experience, it gets recognized from day one, with top-level associates earning up to $30/hour.
What You'll Do
- Schedule pickups and deliveries on the job calendar
- Coordinate between the crew and customers to ensure jobs run on time
- Represent Navis professionally in every customer interaction, both on-site and by phone
- Communicate with the office manager throughout the day via Microsoft Teams
- Pack and load shipments to spec, preventing damage and ensuring safe transport
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe at all times
- Complete the required paperwork accurately
- Follow the direction from the Operations Manager and contribute to a strong team environment
What We're Looking For
- At least 3 years of work experience, with at least 2 years in a single position
- Strong customer-facing skills and a professional attitude
- Valid driver's license with a clean record
- Ability to lift 70 pounds unassisted
- Ability to read a tape measure and handle basic math
- A problem-solving mindset and the ability to follow detailed instructions
- Comfort with mobile apps and digital communication tools
- Crating, moving, or woodworking experience is a plus, but not required

Schedule: Day shift, 8-hour shifts. Location: In person, San Francisco, CA. Candidates must be able to commute or relocate before their start date.
Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
