Warehouse & Driver Associate
Navis Pack & Ship | San Francisco, CA | Full-Time | $24 – $28/hr

About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on associate who takes pride in their work and knows how to treat customers right. This role covers warehouse operations, packaging, and local driving. You’ll work directly with customers and alongside a small team where what you do actually matters.
Pay is based on skill level. We place new hires into one of five levels at the time of your interview,
What You’ll Do
- Complete customer pickups on time and represent Navis professionally in every interaction
- Package and prepare shipments according to Navis guidelines, including building corrugated boxes and wooden crates
- Load shipments in a way that prevents damage and ensures safe transport
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe at all times
- Complete the required paperwork accurately
- Follow directions from the Operations Manager and work well within the team
What We’re Looking For
- At least 3 years of warehouse experience (preferred)
- Strong customer-facing skills and a professional attitude
- Ability to read a tape measure and handle basic math
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to follow directions
- Ability to lift 100 pounds unassisted
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
- Woodworking experience and comfort with saws and pneumatic tools is a plus
- Crating and moving experience is a plus
- English proficiency preferred

Schedule: Day shift, 8-hour shifts
Location: In person, Hayward, CA. Candidates must be able to commute or relocate before starting.
Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
