Bilingual (Spanish) Territory Manager
Napa/Sonoma Valley
$76–86K base commission car stipend = $110–115K OTE
Our client is one of the largest providers of in-home care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in California.
They're growing and looking for a bilingual Territory Manager to own referral development across Napa, Sonoma, Santa Rosa, and Petaluma. The role is field-based (mostly travel in the territory) but requires one day per week in office in Roseville.
This is a relationship-driven, field-based role focused on building long-term referral pipelines with regional health centers and community partners, not transactional selling.
What you'll do:
- Build and maintain referral relationships with regional health centers, community organizations, and healthcare partners
- Lead educational presentations, 1:1 meetings, community events, and outreach initiatives to drive referral volume
- Track activity and pipeline in Salesforce and hit referral KPIs
- Represent the organization at community events, including occasional evenings and weekends
What you have:
- 3 years in sales, business development, or territory management, ideally with some exposure to healthcare, home care, or social services.
- Spanish fluency required
- Strong in the field, comfortable with regional travel, and able to build trust with healthcare decision-makers
Compensation & benefits:
