As a Retail Customer Service Associate, you’ll help customers in the store with AT&T wireless and internet services: answering questions, explaining plans, and helping them sign up for services that fit. This role includes sales, and every Retail Customer Service Associate works toward daily goals with support from the team.
How You’ll Spend Your Day
- Greet customers and help with questions about AT&T plans and services
- Explain options clearly and recommend what fits each customer
- Make sales and help customers sign up for new services
