We’re looking for a Senior Business Development Representative with deep experience in the beauty space who can step into brand conversations immediately and help us convert a strong, active pipeline.
About the RoleThis is a senior BDR role designed for someone who understands how beauty brands buy agency services and can run confident, consultative conversations from day one.
You’ll focus on qualifying, advancing, and shaping opportunities—working closely with leadership to ensure prospects clearly understand Navigo’s value across Amazon, DTC, and paid media. This is not a high-volume cold-calling role; it’s about quality conversations and thoughtful deal progression.
What You’ll Do- Lead discovery and qualification conversations with beauty and skincare brands
- Engage both inbound leads and targeted outbound opportunities
- Confidently speak to Amazon strategy, paid media, and DTC commerce
- Identify brand challenges and align Navigo’s services to real business goals
- Progress opportunities through early and mid-stage sales cycles
- Collaborate with leadership on proposals and deal strategy
- Maintain clean pipeline tracking and forecasting in CRM
- Share market insights and feedback to improve positioning and messaging
- 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships
- Deep familiarity with the beauty and skincare industry
- Experience selling to beauty brands, working at a beauty brand, or within a beauty-focused agency
- Proven ability to sell services or solutions, not just products
- Strong understanding of Amazon, DTC, and paid media in a beauty context
- Ability to run sales conversations with minimal oversight
- Confident, professional communication with founders and senior leaders
- Highly organized and comfortable managing a multi-opportunity pipeline
- Experience selling agency, marketing, or e-commerce services
- Existing network within beauty, skincare, or wellness
- Experience supporting deal strategy, pricing, or scoping
- Familiarity with longer sales cycles and multi-stakeholder deals
- Rapid ramp into active opportunities
