Paid Social Lead Strategist | Beauty & Wellness | Remote
Navigo Marketing is a performance-driven commerce agency specializing in scaling beauty and wellness brands across Amazon and omnichannel retail. We operate as a true extension of our clients' teams — data-led, hands-on, and accountable.
Paid social is one of our fastest-growing service lines. We manage Meta and TikTok for some of the most interesting brands in beauty and wellness, and we're looking for a Lead Strategist to own it.
The Role
You'll be the strategic lead for paid social across a portfolio of beauty and wellness brands — owning Meta and TikTok from strategy through execution. You'll work closely with our brand managers, creative team, and Google Ads strategist to make sure paid social isn't running in isolation
.
This isn't a coordinator role. We need someone who can build the strategy, run the accounts, analyze creative performance, and communicate results directly to clients.
What you'll own:
- Full Meta and TikTok ad strategy and execution across a portfolio of beauty brands
- Campaign architecture, audience strategy, budget pacing, and performance optimization
- Creative strategy — briefing the team on what to make, why, and what to test next
- Creative performance analysis using Motion and platform-native tools
- Client-facing reporting, strategy calls, and growth recommendations
- Staying close to brand managers and Amazon Ads to coordinate cross-channel spend decisions
- TikTok Shop ad strategy where applicable
Who this is for:
You've managed Meta accounts with real budgets — $50k/month or more — and you've done it for beauty or consumer brands. You have strong opinions about creative, you know what makes an ad perform, and you can articulate that clearly to a client and to a design team.
You're not waiting to be told what to test. You're already thinking about it.
What you'll bring:
- 4 years managing paid social (Meta required, TikTok strongly preferred)
- Beauty, wellness, or consumer brand experience
- Strong creative instincts — you know how to brief, evaluate, and iterate on ad creative
- Experience managing spend across multiple brands or accounts simultaneously
- Comfortable with creative analytics tools (Motion or similar)
- Strong client communication skills
- Bonus: TikTok Shop experience, agency background, experience coordinating with Amazon or Google teams
