Teachers are coached weekly to constantly improve their practice, use technology on a daily basis in Navigator’s cutting edge blended educational program, build and promote critical thinking skills, and maintain strong relationships with students in order to deliver an exceptional educational experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and valid California Teaching Credential required
- 1-3 years of teaching experience working with a diverse student population preferred
- Bilingual Spanish a plus
- Driven to obliterate the achievement gap by providing high quality education to every student that walks through our doors, regardless of any barriers they may have faced in the past
