Senior Financial Analyst

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join a dynamic and growing, private organization. This role is pivotal in driving strategic financial decisions through budgeting, forecasting, KPI reporting, and three-statement modeling. You’ll work closely with leadership to deliver insights that shape business direction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting cycle and monthly forecasting processes.
• Build and maintain KPI dashboards, variance analysis, and reporting tools.
• Lead and Mentor a team of financial analysts.
• Develop and refine three-statement financial models to support strategic planning.
• Serve as the primary financial analysis partner to cross-functional teams.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities in reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics required.
• 5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis or FP&A.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, modeling).
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial statements.
• Proven ability to manage large datasets and deliver actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive-level reporting.
