About the Role

The Director of Agent Success will lead, train, attract, and inspire agents every day. This role is equal parts motivator, coach, strategist, talent builder, and accountability partner. You'll host 1:1 coaching sessions, lead structured role-play scenarios, jump into the field when needed, and help agents elevate their performance in all areas of the sales process. Just as importantly, you'll play a key role in attracting and bringing on talented agents to the firm, ensuring we continue to grow with the right people in the right seats.

What You'll Do

• Conduct regular 1:1 coaching and team check-ins
• Facilitate role-play sessions to help agents refine scripts and objection handling
• Provide in-the-field coaching (shadowing showings, appointments, or prospecting activities)
• Monitor agent pipelines and identify opportunities within the CRM
• Help agents improve conversion rates with better systems, mindset, and communication
• Promote consistent, strategic follow-up with leads
• Be a culture leader who lifts others up, leads by example, and brings positive energy daily

Who You Are

• 3 years of real estate sales experience
• Confident in sales strategy, lead follow-up, and objection handling
• Passionate about hands-on coaching, from scripting to shadowing to celebrating wins
• Highly motivational, empathetic, and performance-driven
• Skilled at breaking down sales gaps and providing actionable next steps
• CRM-savvy, using pipeline insights to drive coaching conversations

Bonus Points If You

• Have worked on a lead-based team - not required but preferred
• Have coached, mentored, or trained other agents in a team setting
