What You'll Do
- Lead the Branch: Ensure the branch opens smoothly each day and operates safely, securely, and efficiently.
- Empower Your Team: Hire, train, and mentor staff to deliver exceptional service and meet performance goals. Foster a positive, collaborative culture.
- Drive Sales & Service: Promote our products and services, lead weekly sales meetings, and implement campaigns to meet cross-sell targets.
- Deliver Member Solutions: Assist members with accounts, loans, and financial products. Resolve inquiries and provide guidance on policies and services.
- Ensure Compliance: Keep the branch aligned with Credit Union policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage Operations: Oversee cash handling, transaction balancing, equipment maintenance, and data retention.
- Community Engagement: Represent the Credit Union in local events and organizations to build relationships and attract new members.
- Be Hands-On: Step in as needed to perform teller, loan officer, or member service duties.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; BA/BS in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Experience: 3-5 years in branch operations with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
- Excellent communication-verbal, written, and interpersonal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard office equipment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results.
- Sales and business development experience.
- Other:
- Ability to travel as needed.
