Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Navigators Program Intern. As an intern, you will assist in the development and execution of initiatives to enhance the user experience and improve Navi’s app offerings. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting user research, gathering feedback, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the creation of user-focused content. You will also analyze trends, help refine program processes, and support efforts to foster meaningful connections with local communities.

Qualifications
- Strong research and analytical skills, as well as the ability to gather and interpret data to inform decisions

- Creative and strategic thinking skills to contribute innovative ideas to program initiatives
- Proficiency with digital tools and platforms, including collaborative software and basic project management tools
- A proactive attitude with a knack for learning quickly and working well in a team environment
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree program in Computer Science, Marketing, Communications, or similar fields
- Passion for travel, cultural exploration, and creating seamless experiences for users
- Prior experience with user research, event planning, or urban studies is a plus
