Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Escrow Assistant to join our Scottsdale (Kierland) team. You will support your Escrow Officer through the full transaction cycle, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and client satisfaction. We value adaptability, tech-savviness (especially SoftPro), and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
· Assist with all phases of the escrow process, from file opening through post-closing
· Prepare documents, coordinate signings, and manage disbursements
· Communicate professionally with agents, lenders, clients, and internal teams
· Use SoftPro to manage and track escrow files
· Stay organized and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
· Embrace new tools and processes, including AI-based workflow systems
· Maintain compliance and data accuracy at all times
What We’re Looking For
· 2 years of title/escrow experience
· Proficiency with SoftPro is required
· Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
· Exceptional communication and customer service skills
· Proven ability to multitask and meet deadlines
· Willingness to learn, adapt, and be a team player

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
