Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Agent based in New York, NY. Responsibilities include assisting clients in leasing and sales transactions, conducting property viewings, building relationships with potential tenants and buyers, and analyzing market trends. The role also involves creating detailed property listings, negotiating terms, and coordinating with teams to ensure seamless transactions.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of property sales and leasing processes, including Commercial and Residential Real Estate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build client relationships and negotiate deals effectively
- Proficiency in market analysis, research, and pricing strategies
- Organizational skills and attention to detail for preparing listings and managing transactions
- Self-motivation and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
