Responsibilities
- Market available properties and conduct showings.
- Respond to inquiries and follow up with prospective tenants.
- Assist with lease negotiations and transactions.
- Maintain listings, contacts, and client relationships.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and sales skills.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and professional.
- NYC real estate experience preferred.
- Comfortable with technology, social media, and marketing.
- NYS real estate license preferred.
- Bilingual skills a plus.
