Retail Representative

We seek a motivated individual to be our newest Retail Representative and be part of our East Providence team. In the Retail Representative role, you will be performing these duties:

• Interact with customers in-person to enroll them in new wireless plans.
• As a Retail Representative, greet customers and provide personalized service.
• Meet and exceed sales goals and standards of performance
• Learn and confidently explain the features and benefits of our clients
• Follow the retail partner’s standards and expectations as a professional Junior Account Representative
• Meet daily and weekly goals set for each Junior Account Representative
• Demonstrate enthusiasm and eagerness to learn the fundamentals of all store roles, including but not limited to sales, and customer service

To be considered as an Retail Representative, you need to possess these traits:

• Prior experience in customer service, retail, or a related customer-facing role is preferred
• A natural born leader with strong communication and people skills
• Thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Retail Representatives are comfortable with flexible scheduling
• Retail Representatives must be 18 years of age or older and eligible to work in the United States

Pay: $48,000.00 - $56,000.00 per year
