Customer Service Associate Key Responsibilities
- Provide a professional and welcoming experience for each customer in a retail setting
- Engage with every customer to assess needs and recommend appropriate AT&T products and services
- Execute effective sales presentations to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through attentive service and follow-up
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and account-related questions promptly
- Support daily sales operations and ensure accurate product knowledge
- Build long-term relationships with each customer to drive retention and repeat business
- Consistently contribute to overall team sales objectives
Customer Service Associate Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
- Demonstrated interest in both customer service and sales environments
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, sales-driven retail setting
