- Operational Command: Own the day-to-day execution that keeps Navi moving — from managing vendors and ordering critical gear, to ensuring our deployments at flight schools and Air Force bases run smoothly.
- Field Presence: Travel to flight schools, commercial operators, and military squadrons. Gather intel, build relationships, and bring back insights that shape product and strategy.
- Partner Engagement: Support business development by representing Navi credibly with universities, airlines, and defense leaders.
- Internal Alignment: Drive clarity and accountability across the team — set priorities, run weekly reviews, and help unblock engineers and junior staff.
- Special Missions: Take on high-impact projects directly from the founders — the kind that don’t fit neatly into any role, but are critical to winning.
- Proven track record in operations, consulting, military/aviation leadership, or fast-moving startups.
