Qualifications:

TO QUALIFY FOR GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-9 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Complies with industry standard writing style preferences and military guidelines. Utilizes specialized multi-service specific vocabulary, abbreviations, and terminology within the specialized fields of electronics and avionics. Edits both frame- and page-based publications for readability, active voice, sentence structure, elimination of wordiness, slang and jargon, gender, and third-person usages. Reviews phrasing, word change, and syntax. Formats styles, multilevel list, and automated bulleted and numbered lists to provide a cohesive page layout. Checks punctuation, spelling and grammar, and makes sure tenses agree. Organizes comments, suggestions, queries, and notes from the subject matter expert(s) (SME). Designs new and/or edits existing publication templates to improve document structure, formatting, and consistency. Proofreads technical material. Prints, duplicates, and reproduces tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP) and training material in the form of on-demand, cost-effective short print runs in a manner that reduces errors and limits wasted materials.

Restructures content order to make information more understandable without deviating from the original meaning. Proofreads technical material. Prints, duplicates, and reproduces tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP) and training material in the form of on-demand, cost-effective short print runs in a manner that reduces errors and limits wasted materials. Generates a reproduction assembly sheet form, specification sheet, and distribution list for production cost estimates.
