Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Miami, FL for a Salesforce Manager. The Salesforce Manager will be responsible for overseeing the management and optimization of Salesforce instances, ensuring the platform's alignment with business needs. Daily responsibilities include providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, leading and managing a team, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring the successful implementation of Salesforce solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong background in Information Technology and Technical Support
- Proficiency in identifying and resolving issues through Troubleshooting skills
- Experience in Team Leadership and Team Management
- Ability to oversee Salesforce configurations and align them to business requirements
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- PMP or Salesforce certifications are an advantage
- At least a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Experience in digital technology, SaaS platforms, or related industries is a plus
