Navarino Property Management is seeking a dependable, skilled, and customer-focused Maintenance Technician to support the daily operations of a multifamily community.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete resident work orders promptly and professionally.
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, carpentry, drywall, and general building issues.
- Complete apartment turns, including painting, repairs, cleaning, and installations.
- Perform preventive maintenance and routine property inspections.
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized maintenance areas.
- Coordinate with vendors and communicate effectively with the property management team.
- Maintain accurate work-order and service records.
- Participate in an after-hours on-call rotation, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Critical Qualifications
- 2–3 years of multifamily/residential maintenance experience preferred
- Strong hands-on repair and troubleshooting skills
- Apartment turn experience strongly preferred
- Dependable, professional, and service-oriented
- Ability to prioritize work orders and work independently
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Ability to perform physical maintenance duties
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, if required by the property
