Responsibilities include:
- Assisting the Property Manager in the oversite the overall financial and operational performance of the property
- Assisting the Property Manager in preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, analyses, and reports of operations and finances.
- Assisting the Property Manager in achieving business goals and revenue targets.
- Assisting in the overseeing daily operations, managing budgets, and setting performance objectives for the team.
- Working with the Property Manager in the recruiting, training, supporting the property manager and leasing team, and conducting regular performance appraisals.
- Assisting in the developing and implementing business, marketing, and advertising plans.
- Assisting in planning, evaluating, and optimizing operations to be efficient and cost-effective.
- Partnering with the Property Manager in ensuring make-ready turns to meet Navarino quality standards.
- Ensuring company standards, procedures, and policies are followed.
- Partner with Property Manager in dealing with escalated customer issues, incident reports, and legal actions.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint).
- Rent Manager software experience is a plus.
- Good interpersonal and analytical skills.
