Navanti is seeking seasoned Air Defense Artillery (14G) professionals to serve as instructors in the ADA Training Cadre. In this role, you will deliver technically rigorous, government-approved instruction to soldiers and cadre, ensuring operational readiness across AMD C4I and divisional air defense systems.

Navanti is seeking seasoned Air Defense Artillery (14G) professionals to serve as instructors in the ADA Training Cadre. In this role, you will deliver technically rigorous, government-approved instruction to soldiers and cadre, ensuring operational readiness across AMD C4I and divisional air defense systems.
Core Responsibilities
Primary Duties
- Deliver instruction using Government-approved POIs and lesson plans
- Teach subject matter including:
- Air Missile Defense (AMD) C4I systems (FAAD, Sentinel Radar, AMDPCS, ADAM Cell)
- Divisional Air Defense Systems: FAAD EO, AMDWS, TAIS, ADSI, Operational procedures, troubleshooting, power systems, and diagnostics
- Administer and evaluate tests; provide retraining as needed
- Update lesson plans, student materials, and tests with a 24-hour turnaround
- Conduct analysis of instruction effectiveness
- Integrate new systems/software as applicable
- Ensure all revisions are = 95% accurate and TRADOC 350-70 compliant
- Be a graduate of the 14G MOS qualified course
- Have minimum of 5 years’ experience in the 14G ADA MOS
- Possess an active SECRET security clearance at time of hire
- Provide proof of qualifications within 14 days of award, which may include:
- DD Form 214
- Enlisted/Warrant/Officer Record Brief
- Certificate of Completion (ADA MOS Qualified)
All instructors must complete the following within 90 days of award or hire:
- Support Cadre Training Course (SCTC) or Cadre Support Course
- Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST) – 2-day course by the BDE Chaplain
- 14G10 Course Certification
- Certification status must be reported monthly to the COR.
