As part of a diverse and skilled Advisory team, you will be tasked with contributing to the development, maintenance and delivery of compliance-related applications, services, initiatives and thought leadership both internally and externally. This position works under the leadership of the Manager of Compliance Services Operations in collaboration with other teammates across the company.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Maintain an in-depth level understanding of community financial institutions technology and information security environment.
May provide input into sales and marketing materials.
Produce reliable, accurate, complete, timely and high-quality work products and deliverables that will be reviewed by Navanta personnel and ultimately delivered to customer senior management; Examples may include but are not limited to board training, GAP analysis, risk assessments, test documentation, employee training, SaaS product training material.
Continuously develop technical expertise in FFIEC regulatory compliance and may obtain relevant certifications (CRISC, CISM, CRCM).
Interact with customer personnel and management in a professional manner; communicate clearly, providing informative and timely updates to appropriate parties.
Train customer personnel on compliance services and products. Review customer policies and advise clients on how to better meet regulatory compliance standards. Proactively seek out increased responsibilities to provide value and excellent customer service.
Occasionally provide in-person support to clients visiting our office, and onsite support to clients at their offices.
Collaborate with team members to resolve more complex problems and escalate as needed.
Look for and provide efficiencies for process improvement in relation to automation and security.

Possession of critical thinking skills, communication skills (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
Prior Banking Experience
Ability to work well in a team environment
Ability to anticipate work needs, accept ownership and ensure follow through
Recognize problems, identify possible causes and resolve routine problems
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly
Detail-oriented and work effectively under pressure while meeting all applicable deadlines
Ability to perform at high levels in a fast-paced environment
Friendly, courteous, service-oriented, flexible and enjoy working with a variety of individuals
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external organizations, groups, team members and individuals
Recent (within the last 5 years) experience at a financial institution (bank and/or credit union) is a plus
