Job Description
Join our team as a Shift Refueling Engineer! This position will directly support Navy operations through the processing of spent nuclear fuel in an industrial environment. Once qualified, work will include leading a team of trades personnel (e.g., crane operators and riggers, quality inspectors, technicians) to meet goals and objectives in support of our mission.
Essential duties and attributes include:
This position requires 10-12 months of intense classroom, self-study and work group supervisor training and includes a comprehensive written, watch standing and oral examination to qualify as a Refueling Operations Engineer.
This is a high-visibility position with great responsibility and visibility with senior management.
Required Combination of Knowledge and Skill
Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university in a related technical, engineering or science field and a minimum of 9 years of relevant experience; or Masters degree from an accredited college or university in a related technical, engineering or science field and a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience; or Doctorate degree from an accredited college or university in a related technical, engineering, science field and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience; or Currently a Principal Reactor Training Engineer, Refueling Engineer, or Field (RPCO) Engineer at the Company.

$106,200.00 - $166,000.00 annually
