Job Description
Step into a high?impact role at the center of daily construction operations. As a Subcontract Technical Representative, you will serve as the primary connection between subcontractors and the Bettis site—keeping projects progressing smoothly, aligning teams, and ensuring work stays on track.
In this position, you will engage directly with daily subcontractor activities, understand their scope of work, and ensure they have the resources and approvals needed to execute safely and effectively. Your support will drive project momentum through permits, submittals, coordination, on?site oversight, and collaboration with subject matter experts.
You will play a key role in upholding safety, quality, security, and contractual requirements, helping safeguard operations while maintaining project continuity. While the role is primarily based onsite at Bettis, occasional travel to other Program locations may be required for training or benchmarking. Some off?shift or back?shift coverage will also be necessary to support active construction activities.

Required Combination Of Knowledge And Skill
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and a minimum of 9 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field and a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.

Previous field construction experience or commercial safety oversight (OSHA 1910 / 1926) is preferred
Compensation And Benefits
$106,200.00 - $166,000.00 annually
