Job Description
The Naval Examination Acquisition Project is responsible for delivering critical examinations infrastructure that enables the enduring technical supremacy of the US Navy. As the NEAP Project Manager in the Project Execution unit, you will be responsible for providing leadership in project controls, including financial and workforce management, for a complex multi-billion-dollar major systems project. You will be responsible for providing proactive, actionable, and integrated project-controls solutions. This role functions as a direct interface between the project controls team and key customers, including NEAP executive management. This role requires regular communications with leadership and NR on project performance to plan. Additionally, you will be responsible for other critical project deliverables, including an annual planning estimate to NR and other emergent deliverables, such as funding scenario development. You will be responsible for coordinating the efforts of a team of Project Analysts in fulfilling Project Execution’s mission to provide outstanding project controls services.
Required Combination Of Knowledge And Skill
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and a minimum of 9 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field and a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
