- You will evaluate system performance requirements and conduct analysis and trade studies of proposals related to maritime sensor technology.
- You will oversee feasibility studies for design, fabrication, testing and certification of systems under development or undergoing improvements.
- You will determine technical feasibility and level of effort required to complete projects, and monitor and evaluate cost and schedule of system development projects.
- You will apply functional experience in project management, budget execution, engineering principles, and system operations to support mission objectives.

- You must obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance and access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI). Failure to do so may result in the withdrawal of an offer or removal. Indicate the level and date of your clearance in your resume.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or pass the test. You will be subject to random testing.

- This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). You must be certified as a Career Field Program Management Level 02. Certification is required within 24 months of appointment.
- This position may require a 2-year DCIPS trial period requirement.
- Must be willing and able to submit to and successfully pass a polygraph examination on a recurring routine basis.

- Determine level of effort required to complete intelligence collection system projects; and identifies risks and impact to schedule and cost;
- Evaluate and monitor cost, schedules, and technical performance of system development projects and acquisitions
