What are the responsibilities and job description for the DIRECTOR OF STRATEGIC RESOURCING position at NAVAL INTELLIGENCE ACTIVITY?
You will serve as the Director of Strategic Resourcing and report to the Director of Research and Development Support Activity (RDSA). Your primary mission is to provide expert advice, coordination, and advocacy for critical RDSA programs across the Department of the Navy (DON) and Intelligence Community (IC).

INTELLIGENCE COMMUNITY SENIOR OFFICER CORE QUALIFICATION (ICSOCQ): Leading the Intelligence Enterprise
This core qualification involves the ability to integrate resources, information, interests, and activities effectively in support of the Intelligence Community's (IC) mission and to lead and leverage cross-organizational collaborative networks to achieve significant mission results. Inherent to this senior officer qualification is a deep understanding of the Intelligence enterprise and a shared commitment to the IC's core values.
TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS (TQs): Your resume should demonstrate accomplishments that would satisfy the technical qualifications:
TQ 1. Proven leadership within high-impact, joint-service or joint-program environments, demonstrating expertise in managing complex, sensitive matters while engaging with stakeholders from multiple organizations.
TQ 2. Demonstrated expertise in leading the full lifecycle of intelligence resourcing - including resource policy and planning, programming, budgeting, and execution (PPBE).
EXECUTIVE CORE QUALIFICATIONS (ECQs): In addition to the Technical Qualification Requirements listed above, all new entrants into the Senior Executive Service (SES) under a career appointment will be assessed for executive competency against the following five mandatory ECQs.
