Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Analyzing and providing advice regarding training data and training systems (e.g., Learning Management Systems (LMS)); 2) Conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis on a wide variety of training data points to identify constraints and recommend mitigation strategies; 3) Performing program analytics and data mining using data tools and infrastructure to support data-driven decisions; and 4) Functioning as part of a team to plan, present and evaluate assigned projects with rapidly changing requirements. - You will perform program analytics and data mining, create data visualizations, and use data tools and infrastructure to support data-driven decisions.
- You will conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis on a wide variety of training data points to identify constraints and recommend mitigation strategies.
- You will serve as a subject matter expert and data analyst for training data management and training systems such as the Learning Management System (LMS).
- You will work independently with little supervision.
- You will perform analytical pattern detection and recommend solutions to complex problems.
