You will serve as the PMA-205 Advanced Programs Site Lead for the Naval Aviation Warfighting Development Center (NAWDC) Campus, located at Naval Air Station (NAS) Fallon, NV.
Position Duties/Responsibilities
- You will lead an on-site technical team in the operation, maintenance and sustainment of advanced simulation and training systems.
- You will serve as Contracting Officer Representative (COR) and oversee vendor performance on service contracts by authorizing work, setting priorities, and validating payments.
- You will serve as the primary liaison to senior leadership, providing expert briefings on program status, risks, and strategic plans.
- You will manage the program budget, develop long-term funding forecasts, and provide input for annual financial planning cycles.
- You will direct the integration and testing of new technologies and system upgrades, ensuring they meet all operational and security requirements.
