Position Description

You will serve as the AAG Fleet Support Team (FST) Lead in the SE & ALRE Group, ALRE Department of NAVAIRWARCENADLKE.

Position Duties/Responsibilities

  • You will serve as the Fleet Support Team (FST) Engineering Lead and lead the in-service engineering activities for the Advanced Arresting Gear (AAG).
  • You will assist the Fleet Support Team (FST) Site Lead in managing, coordinating, tracking, and executing all engineering products and services.
  • You will coordinate with Senior Leadership, Fleet representatives, and other key stakeholders on troubleshooting and resolution of complex technical issues.
  • You will provide technical oversight and direction to the engineering team related to assigned tasking.
  • You will serve as the senior mentor for engineering personnel.
