Qualifications:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing some or all of the following duties:- Receiving, reviewing, formatting and revising award citations to ensure accuracy in all phases of award process;
- Providing guidance to the Command, staff, and assigned activities regarding policies and procedures for the military award programs;
- Arranging travel utilizing the Defense Travel System (DTS) based on general travel intentions, known preference of traveler, and in accordance with travel regulations;
- Maintaining and generating spreadsheets to provide statistical/empirical data to evaluate awards program effectiveness, trends, and problem areas; and
- Screening correspondence to ensure editorial accuracy, conformance to policy, accurate information, and appropriate supporting documentation prior to routing.
