Position Description
You will serve as a SUPERVISORY INTERDISCIPLINARY ENGINEER/SCIENTIST DIRECTOR OF RESOURCES AND OPERATIONS in AIR TEST AND EVALUATION SQUADRON TWO ZERO of NAVTESTWINGLANT NWCF.
Position Duties/Responsibilities
- You will make strategic planning decisions affecting squadron operations while providing continuity and corporate knowledge of squadron functions and a forward-looking visionary view as to the direction of squadron work.
- You will establish, and be responsible for the technical, administrative, and financial management of the squadron.
- You will make decisions involving the recruiting, selection, training, evaluating, awarding and disciplining of subordinate civil service employees.
- You will support special studies, initiatives, and responses to programs and data calls.
- You will assess the technical progress of programs.
