Position Description
You will serve as a QUALITY ASSURANCE SPECIALIST in the COMPLIANCE and QUALITY DEPARTMENT of FLTREADCEN EAST. INCENTIVE OFFERERED: Pay Retention may be authorized. TRAINING PLAN: PD has a training plan.
Position Duties/Responsibilities
- You will management and administrates the Naval Aviation Maintenance Discrepancy Reporting Program.
- You will plan and manage investigations to identify issues, problems, trends and opportunities to enhance the effectiveness, efficiency, responsiveness and manage of the AIDR and PQDR
- You will develop and evaluate proposed initiates and process improvements.
- You act as a customer liaison for FRC East to Fleet quality community.
- You will identify customer issues and assists in implementation of process corrective actions and/or improvements to resolve customer issues.
